Essentially the lifeblood of the company, our Distribution Centres' (DCs) dedication to ensuring our customers get the goods they want - when they want them - is critical to our business. We've got a total of six sites across the UK, as well as various remote and premium centres which handle some seasonal and tactical product ranges. This usually happens during our busy periods, such as Easter (as the home improvement season gets underway) and Christmas (selling Christmas trees!).

The secret to our success is team spirit. That and a commitment to continually improve the service delivered. Everyone works together to help each other out. This has created a friendly and open culture where if anyone's got an idea on how we could do things differently, they're positively encouraged to share it and regularly they do.

This sharing of ideas has helped revolutionise the centres over recent years. They're now an amazing blend of people, machine and cutting edge technology that pulls together seamlessly but there's always room for more improvement, which is where you could come in.
